We even extended for an additional night. The communication with the management was very prompt and professional. So happy I got to experience Baltimore in this way. "We were in Baltimore to go to an Orioles game. We picked this property to be close to the game. Although parking fees were ridiculous we dont have anything negative to say about the property. It served its purpose for us. We arrived on property, paid the valet fees and didnt drive again until we left. We walked to the bay, which was about a 20 minute walk and walked to the game. It was the easiest professional game we have ever been to regarding parking/driving. "

"The room was nice, the other tenants we ran into were also pleasant. We got to meet the owners husband, he was contracting someone to fix a banister and got it done that same day. The location is good and close a lot of fun stuff, like museums and some nice food and bars. The bathrooms were clean and people staying were good with cleaning up after themselves. The room floor was a little dirty, but we found a broom and cleaned it up when we arrived. "

Good and clean room. Both lobby bar and dinner restaurant are OK when needed, but there are better options outside the hotel. Effective check in and check out. If a swimming pool is important, this is not the place, they have a pool, but very small and not something to go for"

We were given an handicapped accessible room because it was available at our time of check in which was okay with us and they gave us access to the 10th floor lounge as a thank you. Saved us some $$ on food! All employees very nice - reception, bar, 10th floor lounge."
