"This Riad is lo ated i side the Medina so its advisable to call ahead 20 minutes prior to arrival so a porter can take you and your luggage directly through the maze that is the Fez medina. The hotel can book a private 4 hour tour of the medina with a local guide for $40 Euro and ask if Omar can guide for you. Well worth it! "Riad Tiwza Fes was lovely. Breakfasts were served in a comfortable lounge around a fire. The room was very comfortable. Had the temperatures been warmer, we would have spent more time on the roof deck. My only complaint is that it took forever for the hot water to warm up for the shower... mine was lukewarm, but my husband who followed me had a hot shower! One minor issue that we often encounter in older places: the bathroom ceilings were very low and my husband who is 6'2" (or nearly 2 meters)...

"It was Fabulous! I stayed in the white suite. It was larger then the photos and overlooks the courtyard. The patio is huge. Bathroom was wonderful. It’s on the second floor. Hotel is very quiet and safe with great food! Service amazing and spotless. I would go just to stay and enjoy the hotel. I took a private cooking class and it was informative about the history and very fun. Great place. Did not use the pool but it looked so inviting and peaceful. The pictures does not do this...
