"My dog and I had a good time and the house was really nice. We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). Overall, it was a great time and my picky dog felt at home immediately! I think he’s sad we’re back at our actual home! Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy. "Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant.
