Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. ***SECURITY CAMERAS***
There are 2 external security camera facing the front sides of the house along with one door bell which has a built in camera. There are two security cameras in the rear of the house facing each side to the sideyard. Camera is on 24/7, has the ability to record audio/video and is motion triggered.

Hendersonville, NC and its surrounding areas are best explored by car. With limited public transportation options, having a car allows you to uncover the region's numerous attractions and scenic spots. If you're arriving by air, the Asheville Regional Airport is just a short 25-minute drive from Hendersonville.

Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Smoking outside on the open deck is okay.

Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request you to abide by quiet hours (10pm-6am) and keep outdoor noise activity to a minimum.

Occupancy Limits:
Please update the proper guest count on your reservation. Your guests are welcome and we understand plans sometimes change last minute, we just ask you keep us informed. Our property sleeps 10 as max overnight occupancy. You are welcome to invite visitors during your stay, but we appreciate you keeping us in the loop.

Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed.

Hot Tub:
- The Hot Tub and Sauna is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities.
- Children must be supervised all times if they use these facilities.
- The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced.
- Please avoid any kind of glassware in the Hot Tub.

Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

Grill:
- Grill tools are available in the kitchen.
- Use the grill brush (located in the grill cabinet) to clean the grill before and after use.

Pets:
This is a pet free property.

Check-In & Check-Out:
We will try to accommodate early Check-In and late Check-out when possible but generally cannot commit to it until the day of. It depends on if we have other bookings before or after your stay and the cleaners schedule. Due to the size of this property, our cleaners require the full amount of allotted time to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. If we receive word from our cleaner that the property will be ready ahead of the scheduled Check-In time, we will communicate to the guest and let them know the property is ready for them ahead of schedule.
