Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Sip coffee on the covered porch, take in the beautiful sunrise on your lakefront view surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves with our kayaks, jump in the lake on our swimming platform, fish on our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Located on Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing on the lake right below our marina steps away.

The space
1 room cabin (250 Sq. Ft.) with full bathroom with walk in shower and full kitchen.
Sleeps 4 - 1 queen bed, 1 Bunk bed.

Bring your Netflix, Amazon, Disney, or other streaming services account log in to connect to the smart TV.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the boat ramp, swimming platform (this is not a private dock; it is for all guests in the campground), fish cleaning station and waterfront pavilion. Guests may reserve a boat slip ($10-$15/day) and kayaks ($10 for half a day and $20 for a whole day). Please message host for availability of boat slip before booking.

Uncovered/Covered boat slips are available to rent. Message host for availability.

Other things to note
This is perfectly situated for a great fishing trip, a day on the lake, or total relaxation taking in the amazing lake views in the clean country air. You can catch your limit of Crappie right under our boathouse or visit the famous gator hole only 2 miles away by boat where you just might catch a trophy bass. We are 3 miles to the main lake, and 6 miles to Cypress Bend by boat. Sam Rayburn Lake is about 30 miles away by car.
