"Overall it is a nice Hotel but there are room for improvement. The wifi in public areas varrie alot. Several times our room key didnt work There could be sunshades by the pool since its very warm and to avoid sunburn. Finally it would be nice to have a beer without trying to hide it "

"The room itself is very good, clean, and had a nice view of the city. The staff is attentive and very nice to us. We also tried out the fitness center, it is well equipped for cardio, weight machines, as well as free weights. It's always nice to be able to do your leg day during travel.

"Clean and great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is nice"

"Breakfast and convenience"

"Good place for a couple of nights while on business trip. Very centrally located."

"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."

"+ super vriendelijk personeel + schone ruime kamers + uitgebreid ontbijt + prima locatie, t.o. een mall + Tunjungan plaza op loopafstand"

"Skønt hotel i Surabaya.

"Everything about this hotel was great. I had no issues with anything. Definitely recommend this hotel."
