Nice stay in Helsinki
Clean hotel - and very nice rooms. It all looks very new. Good breakfast with a lot of choices - but the seating space is a bit of a mess. Nice and friendly staff all over. Near the central train station - easy to get to the airport.

Täydellinen sijainti, käytännössä juna-asemalla, kuitenkin rauhallinen, siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Historiallinen rakennus ja sen mukainen tunnelma. Onnistunut remontti, tulen uudestaankin.

Great location
We had a great stay. The hotel is as centrally located as one can imagine, so we managed to see a lot of the city. They were very accommodating and made a couple of bags with breakfast, because we had to leave early the last day. I'll gladly recommend the hotel and hope to return

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and lovely big shower rooms. Good wardrobe space and plenty of pillows. The location is brilliant, it's literally next door to the station and from this point everything is easy to find. Despite being next to the station we didn't really hear the trains, the odd rumble but nothing that would affect sleep. We also couldn't hear the bus station outside either as our room was at the front of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and explained everything really well. Excellent breakfast selection and plenty of it. I also used the sauna which was delightful after a long day walking round the city. Also beautifully clean and well presented. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Only one thing was missing. No kettle or tea and coffee in the room.

Beautiful, unique property connected to the train station which has views into and around the train station. Very convenient location to trains coming to and from the airport, etc. and walking distance to the major sights and shopping area in Helsinki. Amazing breakfast!! So many fresh, delicious choices. Nice bar with a small dinner menu and an upscale restaurant. Very helpful people in reception who can give guidance on local sights and directions. I hope to have the chance to return to Helsinki and stay at Scandic Grand Central.

Beautifully renovated building with great history and well preserved charm with a modern upgraded tone Location is central as the name states, located at the train station Building is from 1909 I think and build quality is massive so you will not feel or hear trains or the train station A beautiful place

It was just like a part of the central station. We arrived at the central station and it just next to the platform, what an amazing place especially convenient for rainy day which is arrival time. It’s so warm, staff are so nice, ie the reception and the restaurant. I enjoyed the gym, it’s totally fit for me to maintain the training routine. And we really loved the breakfast, everything is very delicious, all kinds of eggs, the bacon, the breads, the chia pudding, etc. We can store our luggages for all day long, and we could stay at the hotel lobby for our late late Santa Claus Express. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone, especially for those who needs a convenient transportation.

初めて利用させていただきました。 インテリアは綺麗でしたが、清掃が行き届いてなかったのが少し残念です。 スタッフの方は皆愛想が良く親切でした。 駅も歩いてすぐですし目の前はタクシー乗り場なので交通面で困ることはありませんでした。 あとスリッパは5€で購入しないといけないので持参することをお勧めします。

Great Hotel
This hotel is lovely. I only stayed for one night. It is right next to the train station, lots of shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was delightful with a huge variety of foods.

Tyylikkäät puitteet rautatieaseman vieressä
Saapuminen hotelliin painavan matkalaukun kanssa rautatieasemalta ei ole kaikkein kätevintä, sillä sisäänkäynti on aseman ulkopuolella. Hotelli on myös hieman sokkeloinen ja käytävät pitkät, josta vastaanotto voisi kertoa ja vinkata matkalaukkukärryjen lainasta. Huoneissa on korkeat katot ja vanhanajan elegantti sisustus. Lisäisin Suomen oloissa naulakon päällystakille vaatekaapin ulkopuolelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on perusvarustelu hoitoainetta lukuun ottamatta ja kylpyamme rentoutumista kaipaavalle. Ikkunani oli raiteen 5 vieressä, mikä vanhassa rakennuksessa tarkoittaa, että aseman kuulutukset ja junien kolina kuuluu huoneeseen. Tämä on luonnollisesti useimmille kiehtova ominaisuus ja odotettavaa rautatieaseman viereiseltä hotellilta, mutta suosittelen ottamaan korvatulpat mukaan. Kuntosali on erinomainen, ja siellä on potkunyrkkeilysäkki sekä joogaan ja venyttelyyn oma alue. Myös aamupala on monipuolinen ja herkullinen, ja puitteet se nauttimiseen ovat tyylikkäät. Suosittelen hotellia, jos haluaa maksaa erityisestä kokemuksesta Helsingin ytimessä.

Valitettavasti turvallisuussyistä meillä on sisäänkäynti vain yhdeltä puolelta, joten junalla matkustettaessa joutuu kiertää hotellin kaksi sivua päästäkseen pääsisäänkäynnille.
