"We traveled here for a concert at Riverbend. First impression, the hotel seems quite nice. Right next to the river. A small, clean, minimally styled lobby. Convenient parking under the hotel. Several nice restaurants next door.
But check-in was a nightmare.
We walk into the small lobby, with just ONE person working the front desk at 5:10 pm. We get in line behind 6-7 other parties. And wait. And wait.
This lone woman at the front desk is clueless. It takes her 10-15 minutes each to help some...

"Four of us ladies stayed in a double bed suite with pull out sofa bed. Plan was to go to a concert at Riverbend. Concert was canceled but we managed to go out to eat a mile up the road from the hotel then went to the Ludlow B Yaught Club and lyfted back to the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located for us to shift our plans and still have a good time using local places for entertainment. Hotel is clean, staff is nice. The room was huge!! Two sink areas, refrigerator, plenty of places to put all...
