"大管家-萱萱“真的是非常热情贴心，对客户照顾得非常周到。我们从心里十分感激她的帮助。"

"Our family stayed for 3 nights in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The location in the old city was great. There were quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, and it was located a short distance from the busy main area, so felt quieter and more peaceful than the main old town streets. The staff were really a highlight. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. Julia was in touch from before we arrived. Helping to coordinate the complimentary pickup at train station and...

"The biggest issue was that it was so so loud. When the neighbour room flushed sounded like it was right by you. When people talked outside it sounded like they were in your room. The bed and pillow was not comfortable for me. Everything was old, the hairdryer was useless and cleaning wasnt really good. And we got a packed breakfast because we had to leave early which was a nice gesture problem was it waa one bun for two people and two fruits. Pretty small packed breakfast. "

"Great location and very helpful, welcoming host. Would happily stay here again."

"Access to the hotel needs to be clarified at the lower entrance. And the hotel name - Cloudhaven Retreat (花开花落半山居) needs to be updated. The hotel is using another name right now. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with excellent amenities, including a nice bathtub and a Japanese bidet toilet. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every day. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Qing at the reception. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan day trips to the best spots in Lijiang. Her local tips made our visit much more enjoyable. The highlight was the breathtaking mountain view from the room — a perfect start to each...

"La atención que recibí es por mucho la mejor atención que he recibido en un hotel."

"Clean room with very comfortable bedding, great service, great location."

"住宿非常乾淨整齊，工作人員服務很周到，早餐也很好吃，價錢合理，非常推薦！"

"Very impressive. The hotel is located at the top of the Old town which gives a spectacular view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and the free minibar is also a plus. The staff were willing to help but couldn't communicate in English which is fine because WeChat can translate everything. The breakfast menu offers a variety of choices but the portions are quite small so we had to order many times and the wait was a bit long. Highly recommended."

"A stunning and tranquil hotel located inside the Lijiang Dayan ancient town. The staff are all helpful and polite. They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. It was marvelous that we could see Yulong Snow Mountain directly from our room window. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. My parents really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely...

"Great base just right outside the old town. Very clean, well built and great service by the crew. The cocktail bar is also a nice place to relax and unwind."
