"The good feel was at the reception during checking in and checking out. Ismail is a wonderful guy at the reception desk. Very pleasing and has excellent customer orientation.
Food was excellent.
Location is excellent.

There was a minor problem of shower drainage blockage that was reported and it helps if there are more channels made available on the television.

"It was a good base within easy reach of Hampi- it’s a very spacious room and everything you need is there. My only complaint would be that I checked in at 6am after a night bus- and I am grateful they let me go into the room at that hour. But aparently since I checked in at 6am they expected me to check out the next day at 6am - I obviously didn’t want to do that so they made me pay 650"

Food quality also good and tasty: Only concern is with rooms ( royal cotages). There are so many mosquitoes around so recommended to carry Odomos. Property is in Gangavati which is 20 kms away from Hampi . So own vehicle is must. Overall we had a very good time with family here and recommend to others as well. "
