"Great stay at Hipp’s. Very quiet lake, with good fishing. Caught small and large mouth bass, pan fish and pike (32”) too. Enjoyed the canoe with nice backrests on a fun lake to explore. Very nice area, quiet at night."

Wanted to use the kayaks they supply but it was raining so we played games and we were able to get the PWHL playoff hockey game on the smart tv which was amazing! Downtown Hayward is a short ride away and we spent a day walking around this cute town. The beds are very comfortable which we were all thankful for."

Cabin is on a great spot on the lake with a beautiful view. A few steps down to the water. Rocky shoreline and the water was crystal clear. The cabin has been recently updated. Everything was VERY well done. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again in the future."

"My wife and I chose this property for a weekend getaway in spring. The cabin was tucked away, just off the main road to Hayward, secluded but easy to find. During our stay we had morning coffee on the screened in porch, reading and enjoying the views on the outdoor deck, and also spent time on the bench on the dock watching the visiting swans (we saw 22 one day!). "This is a truly luxurious lake house in a perfect spot. Very spacious, very clean, with a set of welcoming soft drinks, snacks and chocolates. We skied and skated on the lake and ran our Korte race. The host was very accommodating to our special requests at no additional charge. Highly recommended."

"Four families stayed for a weekend, and it was perfect. Super clean and well stocked house, they thought of everything. Adults had space and the teens enjoyed theirs. Management was quick to respond to texts about wifi (just needed a reboot) and they were flexible with our check in and check out time since we were in town for a hockey tournament. "What a wonderful cottage with an outstanding lake view! All kinds of wildlife - geese, loons, mallards, herons, turtles, and beaver. A young bald eagle visited the property several times. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. WiFi test indicated 20MB download - no problems streaming on our Roku."
