Perfect

This was probably the most beautiful property we have stayed on! Very well supplied. Wonderful yard and dock. The property had everything we could need.

Family Getaway

Walked in the front door and knew instantly it was a winner. Cabin was warm and inviting and the view of the lake was a awesome.

Great week!

Cabin was fantastic! We had such a great week. Campfires, fishing, kayaking….we couldn’t have asked for more. Steve is a great host. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place on a Great Lake!

The house is beautiful! The view is amazing and the owner is very nice! Most properties you have to walk down to the water but this one is almost flat from the house to the lake providing very easy access to the lake and a great view. House is all re-done and very spacious and accommodating! Fishing was very good and we had lots of fun with our Kayaks as well. The shallower water makes this very easy. Definitely hoping to stay here again next year!

We loved our stay here! The main living area had the perfect amount of space for us and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need for grilling and cooking. We spent beautiful calm mornings sitting on the deck looking at the lake in the shade of the trees. We loved sitting around the fire pit with plenty of space for all. The standout feature is the water space - perfect sandy beach for swimming and playing in the water, and easy to pull up a pontoon boat. We watched eagles and osprey diving in the water right out the back. Helpful to note that the 4th bedroom has a curtain instead of a door at the end of the hallway, but we made it work for our crew, and the positives definitely outweighed the curtain. The owner was very attentive, clear communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. He reminded us to bring our own beach towels, and everything else is available there. A beautiful stay and we plan to return!

Beautiful Lake House

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Hazel’s Haven. The home has been beautifully renovated and is spotless. The pictures don’t do the home justice. It is clear that the owner takes great pride in his home. We loved the close proximity to the lake. No climbing up or down stairs which can be hard to find on LCO. Our kids enjoyed playing in the yard and on the dock while us parents enjoyed lounging on the beautiful deck which has comfortable, brand new furniture. We kept our boat tied up to the dock all week. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and would have enough room for another family with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Beautiful lake house

We were the first family to rent Hazel Haven and we loved it! The pictures don’t do the house justice. It is very clean and nicely renovated. The close proximity to the lake made for a beautiful setting. We were able to keep our boat docked on the pier the whole week. The deck has brand new furniture. Our boys loved playing catch and soccer in the flat grassy area in front of the lake. There were only 4 of us but there would have been plenty of room for several others to sleep as we only used 2 out of the 4 bedrooms. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in his home and we hope future renters continue to take good care of it as we hope to be back some day!
