  • 400' of Creekfront Property to fish, walk or tube. Nearby Hiking. Beautiful small-town shopping. Escape to this beautiful welcoming cabin in picturesque Hayesville. This amazing property boasts 3 bedrooms each with queen beds, a pull-out sleeper sofa in the loft and a twin folding bed. It even has a crib for the little ones. With 3 bathrooms, One with a tub and two others with showers. The Master Bath has a double sink, and each bathroom has a vanity. Relax in the warm inviting living space or take in the fresh mountain air on the outdoor screen in patio. It has a large living space with lots of sitting room to sit around the wood fire place or put on the game and put your feet up. Crack a window and you can enjoy the sound of Tusquitte Creek. Have a North Carolina Fishing License you can step out your back door for some Trout Fishing. High Speed Fiber Optics Internet.

    There are (2) large tables so you can enjoy your home cooked meal or if you prefer, throwing a steak or a veggie burger on the grill we are fully equipped for that too.

    The neighborhood is small and quiet. A perfect place to take walks or just sit on the front porch in the rockers or glider and take in the views. On a hot summer day what's better than putting your tube in the creek and splashing about with the kids? Enjoy your time in Hayesville at our fabulous cabin. On a cold winter day, you can enjoy a crackly fire with plenty of chairs to go around.

    It is a perfect place for a vacation getaway. The owners (me) are very close and are available to help with any question you have with the cabin or "things to do" in the area.

    We welcome up to two dogs, no more than 30 pounds. You can find those fees on the checkout page. We look forward to seeing you!!!

We had a great stay here and highly recommend this property. We spent lots of time enjoying the back porch with the gentle sound of the creek nearby. It’s a peaceful and quiet location and the home is beautifully maintained. We appreciated the warm hospitality and all the dog-friendly touches!

The perfect mountain cabin! Our family was welcomed with the sweetest note to a gorgeous mountain cabin on a beautiful creek. Communication with the owner was fabulous! I definitely recommend staying at Cabin by the Creek!

Gorgeous, clean, quiet home, close to town! The creek in the back yard was my favorite, sitting on the beautiful screen in porch and listening to the water was very relaxing!The hosts were wonderful, very responsive! Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend and want to return someday soon!

This was the perfect family friendly place. Beautiful views and very nice and spacious house. Close to downtown for eating. We loved it.

We loved the cabin! Everything was exactly as listed. The owner made sure to check in several times to make sure we were comfortable. It was so nice to walk in and find a basket of snacks and a welcome sign with our family name! We loved being able to sit on the back deck and listen to the sound of the creek while it was raining. Everything was perfect and we had a great time!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this charming, creekside cabin. We were breath taken by the view of the mountains from the front porch and even more blown away by the creekside setting in the back. Our children spent hours playing in the creek and even caught a rainbow trout rhat we cooked! The cabin itself is clean, inviting, and the perfect open layout to entertain the family. The host was more than helpful, even checking in during the stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We highly recommend staying here for your mountain getaway, we will definitely be back soon!!

The cabin, its views, and the surrounding area is peaceful and beautiful. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating! We were there for the weekend to attend a wedding - I wish we would have booked for longer!

I cannot say enough about this property and its owners! It was absolutely beautiful, pristine and had everything we needed and then some. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived because of my husbands motorized wheelchair but the owners stepped up and went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The view was breathtaking, the sound of the stream was so soothing on the enclosed back porch and inside the cabin with the windows opened! There were treats awaiting us and our dogs! There were so many nice touches. This cabin was really lovely and we will definitely be back.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. So many little attentions to detail set this property apart from others in the area. The views were breathtaking and the sounds of the creek in the backyard were so peaceful. The host, Diana, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the creek in the back and mountains in the front made for the perfect vacation. Hosts were attentive had just about everything you would need was provided. This trip was just what we needed a nice fresh restart. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved our stay at this sweet cabin on Tusquittee Creek. The cabin was impeccably clean, there was ample seating for us (some cabins are lacking), and comfortable. We loved being right next to the creek, which is stocked with trout so we were able to fish.The view of the creek from the back porch and the views of the mountains from the front porch provide great porch sitting time!The host was accommodating, responsive and even checked on us a time or 2 to ensure we had everything we needed. This great place is definitely on our list of places we want to make a return visit!

Great place in great condition (like new). Very well laid out and convenient to local shopping. The property is beautiful and well maintained and manicured. Beds are comfortable and everything was in working order. We found the lift a nice addition even though it wasn't needed for us but very considerate for those who may. Will stay here again without hesitation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and the backyard with the creek is picturesque. The host was very communicative and kind. AWESOME!!!!

Weve traveled the world, stayed in many places. But this beautiful attention to detail on every room of this awesome cabin, was beyond our expectations. The Owners were the friendliest most pleasant of all. We will definitely be back soon. The tranquil beautiful creek and sitting around the firepit was lovely.

Perfect getaway

The cabin is set on a beautiful piece of property between the view of the mountains and the fast flowing creek. My friends and I stayed the weekend here and it did more than meet our expectations. It’s perfect for people looking to get away and enjoy nature itself. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond to anything we needed. 10/10

Such a gorgeous place

This place was perfect for our family! I rented it for my dad and stepmom, sisters, and their husbands, and it couldn’t have been better. My sister got ready for her wedding there, and we had a small family dinner afterward that was so special. The house offers a large enough table for all of us to fit and it was perfect! My dad had a great time fishing and we loved hanging out by the outdoor fireplace. The owners were super kind and easy to communicate with. The house and the area were beautiful — I’ll definitely be back!

Great Base Camp for Road Biking

The cabin is outstanding and well maintained. Our family spent many hours tubing and playing in the creek. The back porch is a wonderful place to enjoy the sounds of the creek. The mountain view from the front porch is splendid. The location is convenient to Hayesville yet private and quiet. It would be hard to find a better place for riding a bicycle. Riding through the pastoral mountain area is breathtaking and auto drivers were patient and respectful of slow cyclists. The paved area under the back porch is a great, safe place for storing bikes and has convenient electrical outlets for charging ebikes. I can't wait to go back.
