"We had such a wonderful trip! All of the staff were really great and accommodating. A lot of smiles and friendliness. The room was perfect for a group of girls. The breakfast that was included was really delicious better than expected, and the restaurant was perfect for dinner! We will definitely be back."

Spoke with louise on reception extremely helpful offered refund via hotels.com. Rang hotels.com and spoke with a lovely lady Kavita who is sorting this with the hotel. We will be back. "Great location between the town centre and train station.
There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works.
I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice.
If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again. "

"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities were excellent, and parking was very easy. All round, the hotel was nice and clean. Greeted my daughters and explained everything clearly, they said Mel was simply lovely! A great clean room with a short walk to Anfield Stadium."
