Boat Slip and Dock - Boat slip is standard size. Pontoon boats should be parked on the inside of the dock.
**Note: The small islands to the left of the property are private. Please do not go to them.**

Things to Note:
We do not encourage families with children younger than 10 due to water access.
Stairs to the water, 65 in total. The stair handrail is only on one side.
Access to the lower level is via a narrow spiral staircase or outdoor staircase.
This home uses well water and we have installed a Brita filter on the faucet.
Life jackets must be worn when paddleboarding, this area of the lake can be windy.
Absolutely no animals whatsoever.
The Fireplaces are not to be used. They will destroy the TVs.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
