"Okay hotel; needs renovations; but clean."

"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day."

During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. "Front desk helped me to recommend a pizza place that was excellent. Room was great. I loved having a full size fridge and small stovetop."

They did not offer to move us just came in and mopped the floor. Would only give us two towels at a time and we kept having to put them in the floor because of the water.
