We were utterly disappointment by the state of this property, conidering the price we paid.Firstly, the driveway is shared wih the house at the front, we had to get the neighbour to move his car to enter the driveway. Only one car can park in front of the house. The driveway was a mess - with massive piles of leaf litter everywhere. Entering the yard it was getting worse - the place do not look at all like the photos. It looks neglected. The house was full of massive spider webs with dead and alive spiders on the wall and ceiling, a dead cockroach was lying by the dinner table. It was clear that this place hasn't been properly cleaned for months. When we pulled the curtain in the main bedroom, the entire curtain rod came off the wall - it was clearly missing supports. The main bedroom's shower had no shower screen, with water pooling on the floor with every shower - this was a major slip hazard. The beds were stiff and highly uncomfortable to sleep on. There were thick piles of dust in the corners and under the bed - we were really disgusted by the filthiness of the place. It is a disgrace that an estate agent can charge over 3k for a place like this.
