"Vi ankom og fik tildelt vores værelse. Da vi kom op på værelset opdager vi et hul på ydersiden af vinduet. Røgalarmen er dækket af en plastikpose. Sengen var fin og vi fik sovet. Næste morgen da vi skulle i bad træk afløbet ikke, så vandet blev stående i badekaret, mens vi brusede.
Vi fortalte om det, da vi tjekkede ud og hun sagde tak for info og at de nok skulle få kigget på det."

When we checked in, we were only given one towel, and when we asked for more, we were told we'd have to wait until some were washed. This alone was unacceptable, but the condition of the room made things worse. It had an overpowering smell of must and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were far below any...
