I didn't want for anything. John was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. I will definitely put this on my hotels to stay at again."

The door to the room is inside the garage with a passcode and once you get in the room is to your right, the bathroom is directly ahead, and a keypad protected door to the rest of your house is to the right. "I really liked that the cabin is surrounded by tropical plants. The room is quite clean. The entry code provided by the platform and the host are different leaving us a bit confused. The shower water pressure is really low. After I complained about it, it is fixed by the maintenance person on the morning of my last day there."
"You probably shouldn’t post this. The view from the room into the rain forest was lovely but it would be nicer if the cabin had an outdoor sitting space. The amenities were bad- insufficient regular coffee, coffee machine malfunctioned & had to be replaced, thin small towels & only 2, no soap in the dispensers or in the Nivea bottles in the shower, the sink soap dispenser had watered down soap so it was useless. The bed was comfortable however. I would not recommend this unit."
"The location is so convenient to access volcanoes national. The check in process was easy. Unfortunately, we had 4 guests in our reservation and the property only had 2 towels. The beds are wildly uncomfortable and really this should be marketed as 2 adults and possibly kids the other beds are not for adults and all of them are very uncomfortable. "
