The beach is popular year round with locals and tourists alike and is perfect for family days out, water sports or flying a kite! The village has a a pub and a couple of restaurants to choose from and at low tide you can walk along the beach front to neighboring Little Haven with it's beach front pub. A visit to the area is not complete without a trip to Skomer Island with boats departing from Martin's Haven (10 miles - pre-booking is advised). During the early Summer months you're likely to find a puffin colony there - ideal for wildlife enthusiasts and keen photographers.
