"Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town"

"Beautiful hotel with prime location and spectacular views, however resulting in too many guests occupying public spaces doing endless “photos shoots”. Found the restaurant service a bit disapointing and though the plates was beautifully arranged, the food served was cold and over priced.
Luckily there are plenty of other restaurant options around town.
Pool facilities was greatly appreciated.
Front desk and lobby staff very kind and helpful, however most other staff have very limited English...

The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday. The reception also was very helpful with directions and helped us booked a bus going back to Hanoi.
