"The room refrigerator does not have a freezer section. The dining restaurant is noticed to be fully packed. It seems there is a space limitation rather than an occupancy limit. The restaurant receptionist requested that the food be delivered to the room."

"This is a really good hotel. Good service and good facilities"

"Friendly environment."

"There are two Lakeshore hotels, Lakeshore Banani and Lakeshore Gulshan. I actually stayed at the Lakeshore Gulsjhan, which was the oldest of the two, but excellent. Well run, comfortable, everything one could want. Great district too, quiet and pleasant."

"Room was worn, mosquitos and other bugs. Breakfast was uninspiring. Staff though were friendly and helpful."

"Just average, if compare the price. Breakfast cafe , the girl working there is terrible. She always has a groomy sad face . Never greeting and never talk … typical poor Bangladeshi mentality . "

"Hello"

"Et godt hotel med top venlig og god betjening.Store dejlige værelser."

"Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Hotellet er dog stadig I såkaldt "soft opening" stadiet - Alle faciliteter er derfor ikke færdige endnu og en del af personalet var stadig under træning. Der var meget personale - rigtig meget - som var meget flinke, næsten for flinke så hvis man godt kan lide at blive spurgt, en "million" gange "how are you today, sir?" så er det stedet :)"

"Stuff are not friendly at all"

"The service, staff were very professional & helpful. I was visiting from the US & stayed in one of their bigger suites which was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price was good & the onsite cafe which is really good, Kona, is open 24/7. Overall it was a very pleasant stay & I stayed for 2 weeks. The location is also great!"
