"Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. "This was a great weekend away in CT! The house was comfortable and clean. Very cozy setup and good communication with the host. The weather wasn’t amazing but we still enjoyed our stay for the weekend."

"Super cute home, very clean with everything you need. Property was manicured and very well kept. Comfortable beds and easy instructions for check in and checkout."

"This VRBO has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Connecticut. The view and relaxing patio overlook paddlers on the Farmington River. "Great find!! Amazing views, house was superb!"

"I had an emergency and was only able to stay one night, but enjoyed my stay "

"Definitely a great place to stay! We all were comfortable and enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay there again for future trips. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels. Extra blankets and pillows. And there were plenty of things to be able to cook to avoid eating out. Super pleased!"

"Vintage vibes complete with the smell of grandma’s home. Beds were uncomfortable. Furniture was vintage and not in great shape. Hall bath had moldy caulking around the tub. Spiders and small bugs coming out of the drains."
