"The staff was friendly and the location in relationship to Mizzou can’t be beat. However the room was unacceptable. Not just dated, but in complete disrepair.
The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The furniture is chipped and have holes in them. The bathroom door was crumbling, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The wall controls for the air conditioner didn’t work, and the unit was very loud, and had a hard time keeping up with the heat. The curtains didn’t close all the way. I had to...

"We were passing thru and needed somewhere to stay for the night. It had a funny smell, the kind that clings to your clothes. I did not have the breakfast, my husband did. It was just okay, nothing to get excited about. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for one night, this is your place. I would not stay more than one night."
