"Our family of 7 (5 adults, a 4-year-old and 10-month-old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The beach and the lake were amazing, as were the various areas on the property to enjoy. The grassy backyard was great for our 4-year-old grandson to run and play on, and he enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage. "The house was very well kept and clean. There was everything that we needed to stay there. The only thing we needed to bring was our clothes and food. There was plenty of room inside and the outdoor space had a table and chairs, a grill and a spacious backyard. Hannah was very responsive anytime I sent her a message with a question. "Great experience. Will certainly stay again. Enough space for 3 adults and pets. Good closet space, exra blankets. Beautiful beach ans sunrises. Close to everything. Easy parking. Very safe area. Bonus washer and dryer in unit. Fire pit and grill available too. "

"Had a wonderful, snowy weekend away on Lake Huron. I hadn’t realized that the four bedrooms were located in two cottages side by side but it worked out just fine. Both cottages were clean, cozy, warm and welcoming with beautiful views of the water. Would definitely come back again. Maybe we’ll try it in the summer next time! "

"My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. "The Sanctuary is a magical place carved into nature where for a short time the weary traveler can rest their body and their soul. The deer, beavers, swans and cranes were excellent hosts. The cabin is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The human hosts are also gracious and welcoming. I've stayed there twice and hope to return again. "
