"This is our first time staying at the Queen Victoria and we loved it .it was very clean and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Monica . There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea .
It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over .
We will definitely be going back . "

"Though we arrived early for check in, the hostess texted us when the room would be ready. She was very accommodating and none of our time was wasted. The room is convenient to both the beach and the Washington Street Mall.

"This hotel was a very nice place to stay for a few days. The staff is wonderful, rooms were very clean as this is one of the most updated hotels in Cape May. They offered free beach badges and beach chairs and umbrellas with our stay which is very convenient and nice! The only complaint was waiting for the umbrella and chairs to get down the beach. They only had one staff member working to do that. We felt so bad for him.
They also offered a shuttle service to the local restaurants and...

"Vi havde valgt et lidt billigere værelse uden udsigt og forventede derfor ikke meget af selve værelset. Men at vi fik "udsigt" til en smal baggård med en generator der larmede hele natten var ikke i orden.
Ellers var vi udelukkende tilfredse! Meget smukt og stemningsfyldt hotel."

I did, however, crave some decadent breakfast since we were away on vacation. But this was still all we needed. (So I could have more drinks and ic cream later!!)"

"My husband and I both absolutely loved staying at the Wilbraham Mansion! Swimming pool was great and Doug was super friendly as well as everyone else in the place! Even all the guests were pleasant! :) Beach was short walking distance. We're planning to go back already! "

"I was surprised how La Mer team is doing great job. La Mer has option to get food on the beach from 11am-5pm. They are giving their own chairs, umbrellas, towels on the beach for their guests for your convenient. Also, on the property live music from 6pm-9pm. For guests convenience they have in rent so many amenities like: bikes, beach cars, golf cars... La Mer has good restaurant. Rooms are good and clean, has all amenities which need to stay there."

"Side doors into the hotel were not locked at night - they were unlocked and allowed access from outside to inside the hotel and up the stairwell to rooms on all floors. Doors should be locked and key access only. "

Two small things i would have liked - an extra door lock to lock door from the inside would be great. I like the key pad. A nice tall mirror would be nice for the ladies, especially. "

"We were there for my daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard and the manager was super friendly and helpful. We drove in from Philadelphia airport and we arrived a couple hours earlier than the check in time and since our room was ready she let us in our room early. "

"Very nice place. Clean for the most part. Had to switch rooms. First room very clean. Second room had dirty bathroom floor and bed sheets were worn and pilling. Overall i would say if they provided a little single use coffee witj creamers in the room that would be cool. They do offer coffee in lobby but only after 7pm. "
