"What a pleasure! Both the accommodations and our Host! The home was on a very quiet street within walking distance of town. Exceptionally well appointed and very updated (in fact it appears to be brand new). Communication was great, we had zero issues. We were overjoyed with the coffee set up (we’re big coffee lovers), more choices for brewing than you can imagine! "Everything about this place is 5 stars. It’s clean and comfortable with a very convenient location. You can walk into downtown Harpers Ferry in 15 mins or less, theres multiple cafe/coffee shops within walking, and a grocery store less than 10 min drive. I stayed here with my 3 kids and we had plenty of room & everything needed was provided, at least enough to last our short stay. "This is once again a terrible experience using a VRBO listing. We were contacted a few minutes to check-in that the cleaning staff were not done and ready for us to occupy. This was awful because we had been out and about all day and needed to clean up and freshen up because we had a show to attend in Shepherdstown at 5:30 pm. I told the contact we did not care if cleaning people were there we needed to get in at 4pm as promised and we would be gone in 40 minutes!!! but we need to get ready!...
