This thoughtfully designed home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all located on the second floor, along with the main living spaces to make the most of the stunning sound-front views. The spacious primary suite includes a comfortable king bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, offering a peaceful retreat after a day by the water. The additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, making the home a great fit for multiple guests.
The living area invites you to gather, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the beautiful sound-front setting. The kitchen is fully equipped with black appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're cooking fresh local seafood or enjoying a simple breakfast before heading outside.
One of the standout features of this property is the private sound beach access, allowing guests to step directly onto the shoreline for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply enjoying the calm waters. The private dock offers another perfect place to spend your day—cast a fishing line or to take in a memorable sunset over the water.
On the first floor, the garage-level bonus area provides extra space to unwind, featuring a sitting area, TV, refrigerator, and a convenient additional half bath. It’s an ideal hangout area for kids, extra guests, or relaxing after a full day exploring the coast.

Please note that the beach has a natural shoreline with shells, rocks, and uneven areas underfoot. We recommend wearing water shoes for added comfort and safety while enjoying the water.

1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Fireplace is for decoration only
Private beach access is for the sound- there is no actual waves.
First floor garage/ bonus area does not have AC.
Closest boat ramp is Harker's Island- about 4 minute drive
No smoking
The bonus/ garage area has no HVAC system
