"Nice and quiet location just opposite the Cathedral. The rooms has no tv but it doesn’t matter. Our room had view to the Cathedral. Breakfast was fine and in a dining hall with all the students that were there for their pilgrimage study period. Saurum is highly recommendable."

"The staff was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Forgot to bring my adapters for US to UK, they loaned me one to recharge my phone etc for my stay. We arrived a few hours prior to check in time and were allowed to rest in spa area. We were provided free shuttle to cruise terminal. Our accommodation was excellent. Would stay again."

The bar offers bags of chips, and you can sit outside on the terrace or walk out to the river gazebo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating."

Food at breakfast and dinner was superb. This establishment like so many other places is a dog friendly hotel and bar. On a damp day, your nose will remind you. I tried to plug in my firestick at the back of the telly but was put off by the avalanche of dust. Bathroom window is losing the fight against the ivy growing...

"Stunning hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping had left a little note by the bed, hope they liked their note when we left! Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food. Gardens were beautiful and having the walks across the road topped it off. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Kostas is a credit to you, amongst a few others, unfortunately didn't get their names. We will be back."
