Reception staff simply don't have the knowledge and or mandate to execute their job. They try and sell membership to the spg program upon arrival... OK . I can accept that, but when I inform them of how poorly this has worked in the past, there is NOTHING they can neither WILL do. Well.... if you are not willing and or able to defend your product then DON'T SELL IT!!!!
VERY irritating. They advertise with a shuttle service. turns out.... They don't have it !!!
