Malgré la vétusté des parties communes on se sent vraiment bien dans cet hébergement. Le personnel est très avenant et peut vous organiser des excursions. La chambre est spacieuse avec sa belle terrasse offrant une vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. 2 points négatifs seulement : pas de wifi dans les chambres alors qu’il suffirait simplement de rajouter un répétiteur dans le couloir et la vétusté de la salle de bains.

First, the people were all very nice and hospitable, especially Rafael. The hotel is conveniently located in town close to a convenience store and walking distance to various restaurants. Outside of that, I did not enjoy staying there. Breakfast is offered—the juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. I’ll leave it there. The room was clean. As for toiletries, two smaller than usual bars of hand soap are offered but bring your own bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. We left (knowing we would not get a refund) and stayed elsewhere, because the air quality in the room made me cough throughout the night. No A/C, but there is a floor fan in the room that we did use and made the situation worse for me. I don’t know why. As soon as I walked in the room, I’d cough. No screen doors. Not that I noticed many bugs outdoors. Again, the people who work here are very nice. This was just not a good match.

The great choice for my stay. Near the beach and the main street with affordable price and with the sea view from my bed. The breakfast was not too fancy but still sufficient.

I paid for a queen bad and was provided with a single bed my first night. I was moved after I complained about this matter. It was also extremely noisy the first night. I was in an area by an activity center with a dartboard. At 1 AM to 3 AM. I was disturbed by this annoying. Noise today. The staff was understanding and move me to a better area.

Pas de wifi dans les chambres, il faut aller dans le séjour. Une dizaine de gros cafards dans la salle de bain après avoir pris une douche. Je l’ai signalé, on m’a donné une autre chambre, mais même problème : cafards le lendemain matin... moisissures au plafond, odeur de renfermé, rouille un peu partout... Vraiment dommage car l'hôtel est chouette, bien situé, le staff est très gentil et au petits soins avec une très belle vue sur l’ocean...

Great staff, good views, convenient location to airport, shops, car rentals, restaurants / bakeries. Breakfast included and all day coffee / hot water are helpful since no restaurant on site. Free parking on site.

受付は親切、何とかこちらの希望を聞こうと来てくれた。ただ、ローカルツアーに入りたくカードで決済したい旨の希望を依頼したが、現金のみの決済だった(こちらの英語力の問題でもある) 。

Great staff, we were received at the airport with a flower lay, and a cup of natural juice at the entrance of the hotel, very friendly! The washroom/room needs an upgrade.

This hotel is a dog for solo travelers. The room for singles are very small, No AC, No fan, One bulb was burned out in the ceiling fixture. I made two requests to have it replaced but it never was. A dimly lit , small room with a single bed. There were cockroaches on the floor, but at least they were dead. The rooms for couples looked a lot nicer, but singles are a leftover. This hotel is mainly for large tour groups that stay in the nicer rooms. There is a continental breakfast, that is sparse, but ok, unless you happen to eat after the tour group of the day, then it is a pretty bare leftover selection. I had paid for 4 days up front or I would've gone to a better hotel. .

Tupa Hotel
Easter Island is a fabulous destination, but Tupa Hotel is very basic. Breakfast was very poor and the hotel needs some serious attention

Nice hotel on Easter Island for a good price. Stayed there for about a week. I was welcomed with a flower necklace and a free transfer to/from the airport, as well as a snack, which came in handy considering the time of my arrival. Staff was helpful and most friendly. In fact, they can hardly be matched at this point. Breakfast suited me just fine with fruit salad, bread, ham, cheese, cereal, etc. No more was needed, and the sight of the sea was a nice bonus. On the bad side, however, are the cockroaches. Too many of them. Every single day I found one in my bedroom, and one day I had to kill three of them. Inquired about it, a member of the staff claimed that that was common on the island due to humidity. However if that's the case the hotel should seal doors and windows of bedrooms, as well as placing nylon screens on their drains. There were also flies where breakfast was served one day. An employee was trying to keep them away from the food, but to no avail. The hotel should buy some protective cases to leave the food into. Finally, there was the problem of the rude guests. Several bedrooms overlook a garden where some guests go to to talk to one another or at their phones. Doing so is ok during the day, but at 3:00h a.m. it's unacceptable! Had to get rid of one of those morons myself. Maybe the hotel is not to blame, but since many people have no manners nowadays, perhaps they should place a sign near the garden requesting silence at night. No wifi in bedrooms.

Great location, close to town and port. Helpful and friendly staff. Room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Overlooking ocean. I recommend this hotel

Grew on me. Good, quiet, location
There are nice things about the hotel. They pick you up and drop you at the airport. It is quiet and has a great view of the ocean and is in close proximity to restaurants and the main part of town. The staff are nice but don't expect 24 service. The rooms are big and clean although the condition of the main part where they serve breakfast could use a refresh and my room had water damage in the walls and the bathroom grout in places had issues. They also had a big pile of dirt in front of my porch as they are building a new wing. Not all rooms have AC but I didn't feel I needed it. Request it up front if you need it The place is what I would call typical of a tropical local that is more basic. Don't expect luxury but it is nice and relaxing. Staff spoke some English.

ハンガロアの中心から徒歩 7,8 分の便利なホテルです。レセプションの方は英語で何とかコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれて助かりました。(ウェルカムドリンクもいただきました) 部屋は概ね快適ですが、夜になると虫が出るので苦手な方には不向きと思います。 朝食は軽食があり、Wifi 環境もロビー、食事場所に整備されています。(インターネット環境は島全体で、それほどよくはありません)

A nice place to stay
We enjoyed our short 2 nights stay at the Tupa hôtel. It's very conveniently located but also quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, and we were even able to hire their car for a day and a half for $75 which was very reasonable compared to the airport agency prices. All in all good value for money.

El trato del personal fue muy amable, el hotel está a 5 minutos a pie de la zona comercial y de restaurantes (Hanga Roa). El WIFI sólo funciona en el Lobby y es muy lento, aunque el Internet en la isla en general no es muy bueno. Incluye desayuno básico hasta las 10 am, jamón, queso, fruta, pan de caja, pan dulce, jugo de naranja, café, etc. Las habitaciones cuentan con agua fría y caliente y al menos la habitación grande cuenta con un frigobar. El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento y servicio de transfer Aeropuerto-Hotel-Aeropuerto.

Clean and as expected average hotel
The hotel is close to the town and the rooms are clean. As described, it's not a 4-star place as the rooms don't have a safe, air conditioning, TV, phone or other standard amenities. The WiFi in the lobby is not very good with all the guests trying to use it at once. Some of the staff spoke English but it really helps to speak Spanish (as I did). They did pick us up at the airport after a small wait.

Wonderful Paulette organised everything to make my time in Rapa Nui one of the highlights of my trip. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport for free (even though that required a double trip for her) with a fresh lei to welcome me. The hotel is surrounded by bougainvilleas and hibiscus with a horse grazing outside. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Laundry was done for a cost. All my tours were booked according to my wishes - just as soon as I arrived. Wifi never connected (it's pretty isolated there!). Shower was hot. Room was cool. Bed was clean and firm. The other staff spoke little English but were helpful and courteous. The hotel is a block away from the main street in one direction, and the coast in the other. Rapa Nui is generally expensive - but it's unique! I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Quiet but close to town
Nice view of the water and garden. Place is very quiet and relaxing - just what I needed. Place is close to many restaurants and the coast. Room was very clean and charming. Staff were also very welcoming. Unfortunately,my friends and I had booked at a different place in the island (my one night stay was due to my late booking for air ticket that required me to arrive a day earlier) but otherwise I would have loved to stay here for my entire stay. Breakfast is basic - bread, cereals, sliced ham and cheese, banana, coffee and juice.

Loved the location of the hotel, it's very close to the main street where major stores and restaurants are. Breakfast was more than what I could ask for, very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the internet speed but that is expected for a remote island.

Hotel com instalação ruim e sem transfer garantido
O problema começou assim que chegamos no aeroporto pois apesar de já ter combinado o transfer com o hotel ng foi nos pegar. Tivemos que ligar para o hotel após uma hora de espera para saber sobre nosso transfer, Na ida para o aeroporto foi a mesma coisa improvisaram um transfer e nos levaram fora do horário para o aeroporto. Sobre a infraestrutura, o hotel apresenta mobiliário e ambiente interno velhos. Para piorar a descarga do vaso de nossa suite estava com defeito e fazia muito barulho após um bom tempo de acionada realmente irritante. O café da manhã sem reposição e com pouca variedade de alimentos. Funcionários com boa vontade mas perdidos no atendimento.

Slitet hotell med vackert läge
Hotellet har havsutsikt, frukosten var underbar, det är gångavstånd till centrum där restauranger, cykeluthyrning, post mm finns. Dock slitet hotell med kackerlackor och städningen var dålig.

まあまあのホテルです
部屋は広めでしたが冷蔵庫以外の設備が貧弱です。湯沸かし器やカップ、グラスの類もありません。 予約するならオーシャンビューが部屋も広くでよいと思います。 メインストリートにも数分で行くことができすぐそばに地元の人が買い物に来る小さなお店があり 便利です。 英語がほとんど通じないこととサービス面で今一つなのですが、ホテル代の高いイースター島ではそこそこ リーズナブルなホテルだと思います。

Decent hotel in Hanga Roa
My wife and I stayed at Tupa Hotel on a recent trip to Easter Island. Close to everything in Hanga Roa, we had a big room which serviced us well during our time there. Most things on Easter Island are relatively expensive so keep that in mind when comparing hotels. The hotel has a relationship with the Rotary Club so large groups of members seem to often stay there which is nice to converse with other guests. There is much room for improvement but it appears they are working on it.
