"Luxurious hotel. My room was lovely and had the biggest bath! The bed was very comfy and nice little welcome touches. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of options and cater for dietary requirements.

"The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed.
Can’t fault it at all.
Would definitely recommend over the nearby garner hotel as we dropped someone off there and it stank....
