Synes godt om: Rengøring, overnatningsstedets tilstand og faciliteter
The room was nice and clean. But the house keeping person more than once opened our door before knocking. And after checking the check out time was for 12PM. And seeing the same individual when loading our car stating to him that we still had items in the room, when we returned to the room he was there sitting on our couch. And when i looked at him bewildered he say"Oh. NO, You Cool!" And after about 3 very uncomfortable minutes he had to be asked to leave the room!
I made contact with the front s
Desk, after a while we were approached by the house keeping manager and which time we were told he was no longer employed with the hotel. Well we were there for an additional several hours as we were with another party that was not leaving until the next day. During which time the individual was seen more than once in and around the hotel.
Since our stay i have made additional contact with the hotel. And was assured the the GM would be contacting me. But that has not happened. Thus i can not say that to spite the room being very nice and other than that incident everything was fine. I do not feel SAFE staying in a hotel that the staff would allow such a invasion of privacy to take place and continue to have that staff member atound its guests and give its guest no explanation is poor service and frankly inexcusable.
