"I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid...

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but...

"Good value hotel, area a bit dubious"

"The announce that you have breakfast included, but you only get a small take away container with a Bagel, an appeal, a muslibar and a small juice "

"The hotel has taken a security deposit from our credit card which they have not paid us back. When we call and talk to the reception they keep saying that we will get our money back but this hasn't happen yet (1 month after check our). The room and service was as expected for this price class. "

"Everything was pretty much perfect. If I have one complaint it would be our check in.p We were told that check in is at 3pm We didnt get into our room until like 4 30. This is unacceptable."

"We were staying there because we had a wedding venue close to the hotel. Upon returning for the night. We found water and an ice bucket waiting for us. As well on checking in a small cake with fruit berries. "

"Only stayed here for half a night, but it was very lovely. Staff were super nice. The commonsroom was very pretty, and the atmosphere were more personal than with other hostels, since so few people were staying there. I was allowed to just leave without checking out, which were useful for me since I had to catch a plane early at Toronto's airport. There's a bus closeby that goes straight to the airport every hour both day and night, which makes this hostel a cheaper (and more cozy) alternative...

"Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean...

"It was ok, not amazing. Breakfast was mediocre at best with few choices and was the same all three mornings. No alternative options offered for any dietary restrictions. Room was clean enough but not as advertised in photos for room I thought I had booked. It is also right beside the highway and the noise impact is significant in the front facing rooms. "
