You will love every detail of this villa which has been totally renovated to include the most modern features, but honorably keeps its historic charm apparent. From the front porch swing to the fully stocked beautiful kitchen to the large private deck and hot tub, the large glassed shower and double bathroom sinks, as well as two fireplaces, this villa is sure to meet all expectations!

The One and Only Bedroom- The Master- is appointed with a beautiful king bed with tufted headboard, a new comfortable mattress, beautiful nightstands, and reading lamps. Outlets for chargers are situated close by- we know this is important. There is a ceiling fan, bench, full-length mirror, gas log fireplace, TV with apps and wifi, as well as closet and stacked washer dryer! It is a beautiful "mountain air blue" with lots of natural light and plantation shutters. Just gorgeous!

The Bathroom has a large "get ready" space with a double sink vanity. There is an oversized wall mirror and lots of drawers and counter space for your items. (Perfect for a bridal makeup area) Lots of natural light as well! The large subway-tiled shower has a glass door and a built-in seat/bench. The shower/toilet area is separate from the vanity area making it very ideal for couples.

The Living space is such the cutest part of the villa! In hues of greens and neutrals, we love the coziness of this space, furniture, and fireplace. It makes for a "grand entrance" in a small space!

The Kitchen. Ohhh the kitchen! This kitchen is immaculate! Very trendy yet appropriate for the updated look of this villa. The very large island with seating was preferred over table space. It is perfect for food prep, displaying meals, or conversing with drinks. And this kitchen should have anything you would possibly need! The woodland green matte finish backsplash tile is a favorite detail!

The Back Deck off the kitchen is grand! It is oversized with a hot tub that overlooks the private wooded back area. It also has the perfect lounging space with beautiful outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee and drinks outside.

Property amenities include fishing, paddle boarding, peddle boating, kayaking, and canoeing! Use the grand field for games and family fun and sit by the large firepit in the evenings. The villa is one bedroom but has a full-size kitchen and a large deck for entertaining a few day guests. Since the home is also part of the National Historic Registry of homes the owners also offer a guided tour upon request. The owner's indoor heated pool is also available for use with a fee of $150 per day charge to heat. Private chef experience and use of veranda at main house available through inquiry.

Catch and Release only. Large Mouth Bass and Bluegill Brim! Relax on the front porch in the tranquil environment and listen to whistle of the trees while the evening floats slowly away.

The Villa is situated a short walk down the private drive from the private historical residence also located on the property, The Lodge at Blue Springs Farms. This large log home is where Cason and Virginia Callaway lived and retired for over 40 years. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch swing or back watching nature, and in the afternoon with cocktails as the sun sets. Use the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals or drive a short 5 minutes to one of the areas best steakhouses around! People from 3 surrounding counties drive here for a fine tasty dinner, in a relaxed off-road pub and restaurant, appropriately named "Hunter's Pub". The unique setting and history of this Villa and property make it a desirable place to stay when visiting nearby Callaway Gardens during holiday weekends, weddings, and other events.
