Simple and easy. The location was quiet and if you're looking for some basic accommodation, it's well worth trying. I stayed for two nights without concerns.

Never met hostess - communication only by phone. No lounge or tvs. I had queen bed but only one chair i might stay there again but probably go motel. Was okay for price.

Not happy theres no refund policy. After driving for few hours. Upon arrival the yard @ the back had alot of rubbish leaning on the shed very untidy, very dangerous. Then checking in, first bathroom shower box was very dirty, then settling in the room to relax&get into bed, a crockroch crawls along the wall disgusting. Not the best feeling at all. Waking up in the morning the blinds wouldn't go up very stiff from my bedroom&the main bathroom. Bad experince. Very poor standard. I would not recomend this property to anyone. Unsaficifed customer.

The property was nice and clean and the location was close to the Chartwell shopping center. The communication was excellent as I was a little early arriving and was giving early access to enter the accommodation. Thank you for a awesome stay.

It was perfect for me as a single person. I can see that a single shared bathroom could be an issue with families with young children. Great value and would stay again.

Second time staying because of the First stay and the miscommunication of 'entire property to ourselves' but in reality it is a shared holiday housing we were more prepared, but still think the advertising needs to state at the start that it is a shared house with other guest not the entire house. Other than that it's amazing place to stay.

It was a nice place to stay in very quite and respectful of others, downside is advertising where it say you will have the entire place to yourself to come across others there aswell during your stay other than that bit of misunderstanding everything was great.

Segunda vez. En esta ocasión la limpieza de zonas comunes no nos pareció tan impecable y no hubo café de cortesía. Es como si hubieran dejado a medias para luego volver a terminar y nunca volvieron. La comunicación con la anfitriona es buena, tarda en contestar pero siempre contesta.

Es casa compartida
Pudimos hacer el check in antes de las 16:00. Aunque en el anuncio pone casa entera, la realidad es que la compartimos con los huéspedes de 3 habitaciones más. Suficientes enchufes en la habitación y armario con perchas. Todo muy muy limpio. Cama cómoda, aunque las almohadas demasiado duras/altas. Si haces la compra antes de llegar, te vendrá bien saber que no hay ollas ni sartenes, tampoco platos hondos ni cucharas. Café y te de cortesía. Aire acondicionado.

I thought I had booked an entire house but there are 3 out 4 rooms that have combination locks on them to enter. All rooms were full when I stayed. Shared kitchen, bathroom and toilets. 4 parking spaces are shared also. Very small parking, I was driving Mazda BT50 ute. I popped out, came back and the only space available was closest to the house which would only fit a mini so I had to park on the street during the stay. Smaller cars would not have an issue.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry about this happened.We put information on every room type online, and the one you book is the one that you need to share resources with others. We are the holiday house it is much cheaper than you book motel.Hopefully you can make sure the right place you want to stay.Kind regards
