"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet had holes in it. On two different nights of our stay, we found a cockroach in the room. The refrigerator was missing the bars on the door so you couldn't put anything in those shelves. I would not stay here again."

I instantly felt horrible for bringing my children here (middle school age). They were afraid to use the bathroom. We cancelled the next nights stay before we even fell asleep. We didn’t expect a super nice room but we did expect a clean one.
