The space
No sharing, all yours, huge living room with huge table to seat 10, 2 pull out beds, extra mattress, can sleep 8-10.

Every room has a view of the lake, some of the city as well. There is a lot of closet space if you are staying for a while, one full bathroom (tube with shower) on the top floor with all the bedrooms and second bathroom is on the first floor, it has a full show new 2019, no tub. Easy access front and side door, no steps. New windows 2020. The kitchen and family rooms are small, comfortable for 4 people, but the grand living room has a table for 10 and access to the backyard great for rain or shine. The back yard has big and baby picnic tables, seating for 12+ as long as the weather is right for you. We have really fast internet as well, 1G/1G, new central air 2020, just a lot of great stuff for you to have an amazing visit.

Guest access
The side door is where you go in, great lighting and lock box for you. You have full access to the back yard, close walk to the beach and you can make the walk back to our beach, but it is very rocky and not a lot of sand this year, a lot of fun.

Other things to note
This is the start of our 7th year and we have made even more upgrades and opened up the whole house. The guests that have used our place in the few years just loved the view, access to the back yard, grill and fire pit and all the upgrades on the amenities. We have put a lot into it based on all our great guest’s feedback and will continue to do so. We have very good access to Buffalo and the South Town
