I was very unhappy with our check in.
We arrived late approx. 23.
3 people and I ask if I could get the key, so it was only me who checked in and the other 2 could go up to the room and not wait for me to check in.
No, I have to wait until check-in has finished.
In the middle of checking in, the receptionist ran out to check a Taxi.
Came back and I asked if we could get the key for the other 2, but no again.
Unfortunately, I didn't have my passport ready, so again the other 2 had to wait for me to spend 2 minutes finding a passport.
Now the receptionist asked if I wanted to drive the car in the basement of the car park, I asked again if the other 2 could get the car.
When I came back, the other 2 were still waiting for the key.
And the receptionist had served another customer and I now spoke to receptionist no. 2 and asked 4 times about the key to the room, but it was a no again. It took over 20 min. to check in and all 3 of us had to wait for these 20 min. Bad service.
We were at a other hotel earlier this week where the receptionist gave us all 3 the key and said we could go up to the room and I just had to come down in 30-60 and check in properly when we had calmed down after the long drive. This was great service that you could learn from.
There was a spider spin in the room by it a bedside table, took only 30 sec. to remove with toilet paper, and therefore did not tell the receptionist.
