"This is a gem of a house - a true find. My husband and I went to Hilo with four of our grown children to visit family. The house is one of three in a beautiful tropical setting behind a very secure gate. The house is simple, clean, and had plenty of everything we needed like towels, dishes, and bedding. "This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Hope to return again soon!"

The listing said newly renovated, however this did not appear to include painting the bathroom or changing fixtures which appear out of date and worn but not an issue.
The furnishings we good and housekeeping was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
