"Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken....

"The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable but a bit outdated, with limited outlets and no USB charging ports, which made it a little challenging to work and charge devices at the same time. Overall, fine for a family trip but not the best for a work trip."

"The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all...

There was a noticeable gap in the window that caused the wind to howl loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The condition of the bathroom was also unacceptable. The sink was cracked, and there was visible rust in both the toilet and the shower, which made the space feel poorly maintained and...
