"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic Adult All Inclusive. It was our anniversary. The door had a banner, and we had a free anniversary desert at dinner. The resort is beautiful with entertainment every day/night. Staff was very nice especially Alicia and Kevin at the front desk. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned for two days. For an all inclusive at this level the kitchen is not bad. However, the hotel could do with a makeover almost everywhere - broken tiles, beach beds and toilet seats. The management should use some of their enthusiasm on giving the hotel a needed face lift."
