"If you like to bike, you're in luck. You have access to the Oak Leaf Trail right off the hotel property. We biked less than five miles to the museum campus. Internet access worked great at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, with hot and cold choices available. Two great Indian restaurants are close by."

"Although the property was older it was well kept. It was so close to the ballpark we could have walked but they had an awesome shuttle with a great driver. We felt very safe and a Catholic Church was close by for us to attend Mass on Sunday.
They also had a great little bar with good food downstairs and breakfast was great. "

I also had breakfast the next morning I asked for a waffle with berries on top along with chicken sausage. The server and the kitchen created a perfect breakfast for me. Thank you Iron Horse Hotel for taking such great care of me!"

"Travelled to Milwaukee to attend a 50th Birthday party event in Crown Plaza, for convenience I stayed in the same property. The event was organized in excellent way, food was delicious, prompt service and drinks. My stay was also very comfortable.

The only real draw back was the window air conditioner, but besides that, staff was friendly and check in was quick, check out quicker. Parking was either free on street or you could pay $20 a night and park in the gated lot the residents and other guests used.
My only drawback was there weren't any sewing kits availability, but that's my fault."
