Our new apartment building with 6 vacation apartments and an underground parking garage at Raiffeisenstraße 3a is located in a prime spot in the eastern part of our property, which spans over 2,600 m², and will be available starting in January 2025:

coffee maker with built-in grinder and permanent filter. Upon request, we are also happy to provide our guests with a traditional filter coffee maker.

A starter pack including toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, spices, tea, coffee beans, etc... as well as dish towels and dishcloths in the kitchen and a first-aid kit in the bathroom cabinet.

The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with modern smart TVs, which allow you to access online content—such as the ARD/ZDF media library, YouTube, or your personal Amazon Prime Video or Netflix account—in addition to traditional satellite TV.

There is also a small collection of board games and a radio.

You are welcome to store and charge your bicycles in our lockable garden shed.

Allgemeine Information & House Rules:

Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out are possible upon consultation with us, provided no other guests are checking in or out on the same day. Upon departure, please leave all keys and guest cards on the kitchen table.

Payment Terms:
We require a 25% deposit; the remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival. You will pay the visitor’s tax in cash on site.

Visitor’s tax per night: Adults €0.95 (May–Sept €1.10), children ages 7–17 €0.65 (May–Sept €0.70); children 6 and under are free. The tourist tax includes the free “HalblechCard” guest card.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost. Please understand that otherwise the full travel price will be due.

Final Cleaning:
We ask our guests to leave the apartment “swept clean” upon departure, to empty and unplug the refrigerator, to take all food items they brought with them, and to empty the trash cans. If you’d like to help us further, you’re welcome to strip the beds and place all towels in the bathtub. We will perform a thorough final cleaning after your departure.

Access to the Sauna & Fitness Area:
Ages 16 and up, or ages 14 and up when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Hygiene:
We clean frequently touched surfaces with disinfectants.
Between each stay, we wash all towels and bed linens at 60°C.

Other:
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.

Events and party vacations (bachelor parties, etc.) are not permitted. Out of consideration for your neighbors and our youngest guests, we ask that you keep music and TV at a reasonable volume and maintain an appropriate conversation volume outdoors after 9:00 p.m.

Visitors are welcome for short periods of time. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in our vacation rentals. If the number of guests changes, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the vacation rental accordingly.

Smoking and open flames (including candles) are strictly prohibited inside our buildings. Charcoal grills and open flames on the terraces and balconies are also not permitted. Please smoke only in the outdoor areas. Please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays on the terraces/balconies.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstances, out of consideration for guests with allergies.

Please always close or tilt the windows and lock the apartment entrance door before leaving the vacation rental. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables.

Skylights are intended solely for lighting and must remain closed.

We ask that you treat our furnishings with care and store used dishes in the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can occur and is often easily repaired. Please notify us immediately of any damage. As a general rule, tenants and their guests are liable for such damage and are responsible for providing appropriate replacement or reimbursement (liability insurance). However, in the case of minor damage, such as broken dishes, this is generally not necessary after consulting with us.
