"Everything was in super condition. Nothing felt old or worn out. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is perfect. I walked around to everything "

"The place itself is really good for the price, but at night you can hear the apartments next to you and above you and since you're near the bridge you hear alot of cars. Check in process is bad as the listing says that within 24 hours they'll send you the access code but in reality they send it at 3 pm which means you stress over the fact that you're going to your accommodation without a code and they don't respond."

"Room was ok. However the bathroom smells was terrible during the entire stay. (I found that quite common in Japan though I don’t know if is something with their sewer system)"

"The room was very spacious and in a very good location."

"The worst hotel in all of Japan i think. Dirty rundown and when you contact hotel.com they do nothing. We had to switch hotel as it would be a health hasard to stay "
