"Joe & Cindy's Luxury Oceanfront Guest House in Pepeekeo was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to stay during our visit to Big Island. It is beautifully and comfortably designed and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals here and everything necessary was supplied. You have to check out the water view from the cliff - it's outstanding and worthy of photos and a picnic. "The grounds and the view are great, the cabin has been partially restored. It was a very rustic kitchen set-up, but we made it work. Only real problem were ants. They could find a single grain of sugar anywhere.We named the rooster that hangs around there Hei-Hei. We also had the gecko brothers who kept sneaking into kitchen.The pond has toads in it and they sing at night, counted 6 one night. The water lily bloomed while we were there.The temp on the water heater needs to be turned up a little,...

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, thoughtfully decorated, and conveniently located residence. It was somewhat difficult to find the first time due to all the cars parked on the road, making the driveway hard to find. However, once we found it, we were easily able to find our parking spot and get into the home thanks to the directions sent from Simone. The home is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the earplugs as the frogs are quite loud at night."

"This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony.
