We are a 6 minute walk to Walmart. The home is nested within in the middle of a beautiful course. We promise you true relaxation coming back 'home' to your own private pool. The space
The villa has been carefully decorated with a clear, qualitative, highly functional design concept. An urban and mature design erfect for a long term family stay and convenient for a quick getaway to enjoy local amenities or visit family and friends.

The large kitchen is very much the heart of this home. It is designed to host gourmet cooking with functional contemporary design with clean finishes and stainless steel appliances. There are large surfaces for a chef to create their magic or for a whole group to enjoy cooking together. You will find all the appliances and tools you need to create your own dining experience.

There is also plenty of room for your friends / family to socialize and relax. The spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an entertainment unit, the set of sofa and chairs on the patio by the private pool, or the cozy lounge upstairs.

All the bedrooms are decorated in their own style, yet the same clean and exclusive design as the rest of the villa. The beds, linen, pillows and blankets, are all of high quality to provide you with a good night's sleep. There is one King bedroom with en-suite, 2 Queens bedrooms one of which one has an en-suite, and 2 California twin rooms.

On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom, with a king sized bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet.

On the second floor you will find a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another 2 with 2 twins. There are TV's in the Master suite, upstairs Queen suite and in the lounge area upstairs.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is one of the best courses you can play in Florida. The layout is challenging, the quality exceptional, and the many strategically placed holes provide a unique golf adventure for players of all levels.

Our home is the perfect space to unwind, take a breath, and feel at peace.

We also offer discounts on extended stays, 7 or more nights per visit. Please feel free to inquire accordingly.

Guest access
Upon entry into our gated community, you will advise the gatehouse of where you are staying (our home address) and a visitor pass will be issued for the duration of your stay. This pass is to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle.

Our home has a garage that is able to fit 1 mid-size vehicle and driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles. The garage must be able to close after your vehicle is parked, so please ensure that larger vehicles are parked on the driveway.

Please note that there is no street parking on Southern Dunes Blvd or Hemingway Ave at any time. Parking is not permitted on any grass areas at any time.

Other things to note
Pool and Spa Heat is an option, however, there are additional fees for this service. Please inquire at time of booking.

The heated option for the pool is available November to April. Given the heat in Florida during the spring and summer, we do not offer the heated option during central Florida's hot season.
