Reception staff said my room was on another flor, I disagree but godt a key, it turned out someone else was in that room.
Back in reception security escorted me to my room, but then they wanted me in a new room after some time got one, however this was also not empty, at this point I was not happy- 35 minutes later I got the fourth room! I can not in a lifetime recommend this hotel. Staff said if I would complain I should...

"The night i stayed check in was smooth and i was happy to notice an Applebees and McDonalds in the same lot which was great for my daughters and I. Around 1030pm the room above me sounded like someone was jumping off the furniture and was going to come through the ceiling. I let it go on for about an hour until they woke my daughter up who was so scared she was crying. I went to the front desk showed her my audio recordings of the jumping and she handled it right away! I wish i caught her name...

"Do not let the outside appearance fool you once you step inside those rooms they are very nice they’re clean. They are updated and very modern. You get a beautiful view of the water and your next to a nice park."

Hotellet kan ikke overholde deres pool tider - der blev bl.a. hørt højt musik efter kl.22 og poolen skulle angiveligt have lukket kl.20. Trappegangen var ulækker og lugtet.
