"Great house to be in with friends and family. The game room kept everyone entertained and connected. The beds were very comfortable. The house was warm (winter time) and not at all noisy even with a good winter storm that came through. The playground outside was a fun fort for the boys in their snowball fight. To top it off the hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"Everything was great. The weather didn't cooperate so we all left Sat at 3pm, but otherwise it was nice. Will probably do it again nextyear..."

"My family loves the little touches—towels on beds, snacks and bottled water, as well as the coffee/cocoa station. The house was very clean, that is much appreciated. "

When we arrived there were some things that needed attention (the coffee beans were low and not sufficient, one marshmallow bag was left open, the ping pong balls were all damaged, and there was not dish soap to fill the dispenser), but the owner was very communicative and quickly resolved issues. "

"First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer...

"This house is no longer the same as pictures. There was no hit, everything was so dirty. The floors was damaged and pieces were everywhere. Bedrooms are so small. Pan and kitchen accessories not clean. The host was helpful though, but overall our stay with little children was terrible!!! "

Jennifer and Jose are extremely communicative and responsive to any and all questions I had. We would love to return in the summer for a proper lake trip! "

"Very cute and comfortable place to stay. We were busy with wedding activities during our stay but the house was very enjoyable and relaxing to return to after a long day. It was decorated nicely and very clean. Close enough to NYC to spend a day there. Hosts were attentive and easy to reach if needed. Loved this little place and will definitely stay again when in the area. "
