"The towels and bed linen seemed unwashed, the breakfast didn’t exist, the lovely rooftop shown in the pictures was “private” and hence not available. The hairdryer didn’t work. Overall, the impression of the hotel shown in the pictures did not deliver and I have a hard time understanding the high score this hotel receives."

"I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation....

"The check-in and out time at the hotel was not consistent with what Hotels.com wrote. So in the end I had the room for 2hours less than I thought. The cleaning was good, but the perfume used was so strong that I had to air out the entire room. Otherwise really good service! Helpful staff, the breakfast was okay, and I felt safe during my stay. "

"I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. "
